The new products are:
- Thai 9 Sour Pickled Green Mustard
- Thai 9 Sour Pickled Green Mustard (with Chilli)
Whether you add them to your stir fry’s and soups or use as an accompaniment by themselves, these versatile preserves are a must have for all your oriental cooking.
Preserved Mustard greens are a form of pickled cabbage that contain many health boosting antioxidants and can also be a great source of vitamins. They are slightly salty in taste and have a pleasant sour flavouring, both tangy and piquant to the palate.
To enhance extra freshness and longevity, these new products are available in vacuum packs.
